Love these! Great light weight without being sheer. I bought one to test and then bought four more colors for a resort trip! It has an elastic waistband. It’s not one wide stiff band of elastic, but parallel elastic threading. Very comfortable.
I like that I can pull up the waist or lower it as needed to suit all my heel heights. I have washed them by machine and then laid flat immediately till cool, and they are perfect to wear with minimal wrinkles. And they don’t get too wrinkled in my suitcase. Really cute pants at a great price.
